Technical Program Manager - Hardware-Focused Leadership in Cutting-Edge Defense

You'll Be Responsible For:
- Translating complex customer needs into actionable engineering deliverables
- Managing program execution from requirements through development, integration, and testing
- Leading cross-functional teams (hardware/software/systems) to deliver defense-grade solutions on time and within scope
- Proactively identifying risks, mitigating issues, and ensuring technical excellence
- Providing program transparency through clear internal and external communication
What You'll Bring:
- A background as an engineer (mechanical, electrical, optics, or systems) with 5+ years of technical program or IPT experience in defense/aerospace
- experience of hardware related to robotics, optics, sensors, HUD, Avionics, Camera's, Imaging.
- Direct experience managing hardware-focused programs and delivering integrated systems
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, especially in military-grade environments
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance
- Willingness to work on-site in Colorado (relocation support available)
Nice to have:
- AR tech, HMDs, or aircraft integration experience
- Familiarity with military compliance standards and government customers
