Civica CX Reporting Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Civica CX Reporting Specialist to support the end-to-end development and delivery of reporting solutions within a social housing environment. This is an initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension.
Role Overview
The successful contractor will:
- Lead end-to-end requirements gathering for reporting needs
- Liaise with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements
- Produce clear business and technical specifications, including acceptance criteria
- Advise on the suitability of out-of-the-box SSRS reports within Civica CX
- Amend existing out-of-the-box reports and develop bespoke SSRS reports
- Extract, transform and model data from CXWarehouse and CXBI
- Ensure reporting outputs meet social housing statutory and regulatory requirements
Essential Experience and Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience with Civica CX, including CXWarehouse, CXBI and out-of-the-box SSRS reports
- Strong knowledge of social housing statutory and regulatory data requirements
- Proven experience gathering, translating and documenting business and technical reporting requirements within a housing management context
- Strong SQL skills, including the ability to extract, transform and model data from Civica CX
- Extensive experience with SSRS, including amending standard Civica CX reports
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
